Great use of type and image for Steve, but see if you can adjust the type design for the quote. Play with placement, scale, and typeface selection along with leading and kerning, for it will make your overall design much stronger.

I honestly thought about leaving the quote off. I think now I really should have. I spent longer on placing then i think anything else. I guess it just doesnt go. Thanks for the feedback. I am new to design so I dont really know much.
